What to Expect

We will follow a basic Pilates mat flow each class. We cycle through many of the 34 classic Pilates exercises, while incorporating a few modernized movements, to provide a well-rounded and challenging experience that is a little different every class. I break down each movement with a demonstration, so no pressure to study anything before you come in. Bring a yoga mat and your favorite water bottle. You can expect to leave class feeling energized, refreshed, and accomplished.
